Built for Real Financial Decisions

CalcWyse started with a simple frustration: most free financial calculators online are either buried in sign-up forms, broken on mobile, or designed for a finance textbook — not for someone trying to figure out if they can afford a $450,000 house on a $95,000 salary before their offer deadline tomorrow.

We built CalcWyse for that person.

Every calculator on this site reflects an actual question Americans face: How much will my mortgage really cost me including taxes and insurance? How much do I need to save every month to have $80,000 for a down payment in three years? Is my 401(k) on track if I’m 38 and just got serious about saving? Should I convert my traditional IRA to a Roth before the year ends?

What Makes CalcWyse Different

We use real 2026 US data. Our mortgage calculator knows the 2026 FHFA conforming loan limit ($832,750). Our retirement calculator uses current 401(k) limits ($24,500) and IRA limits ($7,500). Our take-home pay calculator has every state’s 2026 income tax rate built in. Our HSA calculator uses the 2026 contribution limits ($4,400 individual, $8,750 family). These aren’t theoretical numbers — they’re the actual figures that determine what you owe and what you can save this year.

Everything runs in your browser. We don’t have a server collecting your financial inputs. Your salary, your loan amount, your down payment — none of it ever leaves your device. This isn’t a marketing claim, it’s just how JavaScript calculators work.

No account, no email, no paywall. Open a calculator, type in your numbers, get your answer. That’s the whole experience.

Honest about limitations. These tools produce estimates, not guarantees. A mortgage calculator can tell you your payment assuming a given rate — it can’t tell you the rate you’ll actually qualify for. For binding financial decisions, get a real quote from a real lender.

A Note on Accuracy

CalcWyse calculators use standard financial formulas — the same math banks and financial advisors use. Tax rates, contribution limits, and benchmarks are updated to reflect 2026 figures. That said, these are planning tools, not financial advice. Before taking out a mortgage, refinancing, or making major investment decisions, consult a licensed financial professional who knows your full picture.
